AI Automation Without Coding
Build Your Personal AI Employees
You’ve used ChatGPT. It answered your questions. It never actually did your work.
In two hours you’ll build something that does — on a real task from your own week. No coding. Bring a laptop.
Sunday, 11 October · 11:00 am – 1:00 pm IST · Online · Free
A chatbot that answers
- You ask, it replies, you copy-paste
- Different result every time you try
- You still do the task — it just talks about it
An assistant that does the work
- Set up once on your own recurring task
- Reliable output from a structured frame
- A method you can reuse on the next task
You’ll Leave With
Built by you, during the session, on a task that’s actually yours.
One working AI assistant
Set up on a real task you do repeatedly — not a demo, not a toy example.
The five-part prompt frame
The structure that turns a vague request into a reliable, repeatable output.
A written method
One you can apply to the next task, and the one after — without me in the room.
Every prompt + session notes
Emailed to everyone who attends, so you can rebuild anything from the session.
Not slides about what AI can do. Something running, that you built, during the session.
Who This Is For
If your week has a task you could do in your sleep — and sometimes nearly do — this is for you.
Faculty and researchers
Lecture material, question banks, literature work, documentation
Doctors and clinicians
Case documentation, patient communication, reports
Professionals and managers
Reports, proposals, correspondence, data you keep reformatting by hand
Anyone with a weekly grind
You do the same task every week and suspect it shouldn’t take this long
✕ Who this is not for
No code, frameworks or APIs in this session — none at all.
We build; we don’t review the landscape.
The value is in building alongside the room. Come live.
Who’s Teaching

Dr. Bhaveshkumar C. Dharmani
Formerly a full-time professor at LPU and AIDTM, now founder of AIVidhya4Sarvam. He teaches Generative and Agentic AI, and builds production AI systems rather than only lecturing on them.
Twenty-six years of teaching means this session is built the way a class should be: you try first, it fails, and then the idea arrives as the fix for something you just felt.
Questions
Do I need to know programming?
No. Nothing in this session requires code, and none will be written.
Is it genuinely free?
Yes. No card, no trial, nothing to cancel.
Will the recording be provided?
No — the recording will not be provided, but every prompt and the session notes go to everyone who attends.
What do I need?
A laptop, a stable connection, and a free account on any major AI tool. Setup instructions come with your confirmation.
Is this a two-hour sales pitch?
No. You’ll be building for most of it. In the last few minutes I’ll mention the paid programme that continues this — once, briefly, and you’re free to ignore it.
My field is medicine / teaching / administration, not technology. Will it apply?
Yes, and better than you expect. Bring a task from your own week and you may build on that one.
What should I bring?
One real task you do repeatedly and dislike. That’s the only preparation.
Bring one task you dislike.
Leave with an assistant that does it for you.
